• Ashley R. Ray has extensive experience representing a broad range of clients in complex commercial restructuring and insolvency matters. She blends deep expertise with a practical, solutions-driven approach to legal representation to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.
• For over 25 years, she has served as a strategic legal advisor and trusted advocate to distressed companies in formal insolvency proceedings, including Chapter 7 and 11 bankruptcies, as well as assignments for the benefit of creditors and out of court restructurings. She also regularly represents creditors, estate fiduciaries, official committees of creditors, investors and purchasers of distressed assets in both transactional and litigation related matters.
